All-American Driver Challenge
UNIQUE PIZZA AND SUBS TO BE CO-PRIMARY SPONSOR ON "THE ALL-AMERICAN DRIVER" TRUCK IN MARTINSVILLE.

DENVER, N.C. (October 16, 2006) - Unique Pizza and Subs, a Delaware-based corporation will be the co-primary sponsor on The All-American Driver Challenge truck for The Kroger 200 race in Martinsville, VA on October 21st.

Twenty-two-year-old Bradley Riethmeyer, winner of the 2006 All-American Driver Challenge (AADC), will qualify to compete in his first ever NASCAR® Craftsman Truck Series event. In a unique partnership between Robert Richardson Racing and the AADC, Riethmeyer will race in the No. 49 truck sporting a special AADC and Unique Pizza paint scheme.

"I'm honored that Unique Pizza and Subs believes in The All-American Driver Challenge and me enough to support us with their brand in Martinsville," said Riethmeyer. "It's exciting to have a sponsor that is even naming menu items such as 'The Victory Lane' and 'The Qualifier' after the sport of racing. We're looking forward to making them proud this weekend."

Unique Pizza and Subs currently has multiple locations open in the Pittsburgh, PA area and recently opened stores in Harvard Yard, Boston, MA; Norfolk, VA with new locations expected to open soon in Austin, Texas; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Charlotte, North Carolina and Western Pennsylvania. In addition Unique Pizza and Subs is preparing to open franchises in Atlanta, Georgia; Detroit, Michigan; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Ontario, California this fall.

Since the beginning of its development stages back in 1991 Unique Pizza and Subs clearly has separated themselves from the other major pizza franchises. They needed to have more than just the best product in the industry; they needed a way to grow rapidly in any market. They noticed all the major pizza franchises were predominately located in only highly populated markets, leaving a tremendously large pizza eating population only serviced by independent pizza shops. To succeed in a smaller market, a pizza shop needs to have these key elements: a high quality and consistently made product (all of their recipes were designed to have the quality of a "mom and pop" pizza shop with the consistency of a major franchise), good, professional and friendly customer service (UPZS is the only publicly traded pizza franchise that will have all of its locations orders routed to their professionally staffed Customer Response Center), and an owner that lives, works and pays taxes in that small market (all of the conversions of independent pizza shops into Unique Pizza and Subs will retain the same local ownership).

The All-American Driver Challenge was developed to find talented young drivers and provide them with a unique opportunity to begin a racing career in USAC. Challenge winners will be developed for the opportunity to advance to higher levels of racing including the USAC™ National Midget, Silver Crown™, Sprint and NASCAR® Late Model Weekly Racing Series. The All-American Driver Challenge is presented by Calico Coatings and other participating sponsors and endorsed by USAC.
